This L-shaped pool was built in the 1990’s. The current owner loved the pool but wanted to upgrade and make changes that suited their lifestyle. Only the steel pool shell was left intact as a result of the extensive renovations.
The design called for a raised hot tub and surround featuring sheer descent waterfalls cascading into two pools, under a glass walkway and into the main pool.
The pool has an interesting orientation with the shallow end located towards the rear of the yard. A large timber post and beam pool house boasts a generous open sitting area with fireplace, change rooms, storage and equipment rooms. There is an outdoor grill with stone counters surrounded by patio and planting beds.
The overall ambiance is rustic yet elegant.
